To increase the productivity and the quality of the product use the ReCorr web guide system, it is installed on the exit of the web bridge of corrugated board machinery, to control the positioning of the material avoiding collision with the lateral guides.

The system is made up of:

•      A motorised guide group with a stepping motor
•     Two FISH-EYE wide angle reading sensors
•     A box containing the MWG.10 tension controller to enable the initial set up and to control the parameters during operation.

ReCorr can be supplied for both single wave control and in a MASTER and SLAVE configuration, this will ensure precise alignment of the waves with the sleeve.
