CPF SENSOR ROLLER
CPF is the new sensor roller, designed and manufactured by Re Controlli Industriali, recommended for the web tension reading during the web processing to keep constant the web tension.
The roller sensor CPF has a high precision in detecting the web tension because both the roller weight and the position of the material on the roller don't affect the reading.
The roller is quickly and easily fixed from one side only; the connector could be installed inside or outside the machine.
The sensor roller CPF is made up of a central shaft, that give stability to the cell, and two sensors, that are supportive through ball bearings for the central shaft on one side and for the roller on the other side. Sensors are working with strain gauges in "wheat stone full bridge" voltage configuration.
